Job Responsibilities
Asset management of logistics properties in Japan under Singapore REIT portfolio (24 assets, AUM of JPY210bil)Budget preparation and Budget/Actual/Forecast variance verification.Prepare monthly/quarterly asset management reports and provide required information to the headquarters/investors.Manage and oversee property revenue, occupancy levels, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.Work with PM for planning and execution of repair/renovation and building maintenance for properties.Prepare presentation/papers in English to obtain approvals from the headquarters for any operational matters.Conduct leasing & marketing of vacant space in Japan portfolio to Japanese prospects/tenantsCommunication with lenders/trust banks/accounting firms/lawyers/PM/contractors and Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts/agreements (lease, PM, trust ban...
