Scope: Manage technology procurement for Mphasis globally, covering the following categories:
Procurement of software, ERPs, cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and other hyperscaler solutions.Procurement of professional services, managed services, fixed priced services.Experience in managing multi-commodity procurement, for bid support.Negotiation of T&C of vendor contracts. Analysis and enablement of flow-down of customer contracts into vendor contracts.Manage new vendor empanelment.Purchase Order Processing.Liaise with internal & other stakeholders like Accounts Payables, Legal, Compliance, Business Finance, etc.Compliance with internal policies.
