Borealis is RBC’s AI and innovation hub, driving enterprise-wide artificial intelligence and emerging technology initiatives. The Borealis Strategy & Transformation team acts as strategic thought-partners to senior executives, tackling complex AI transformation challenges. We catalyze cross-functional collaboration, drive capability development, and advance Borealis’ strategic agenda across Lines of Business (LOBs), the Operating Committee, and Group Head levels.

As a Senior Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping RBC’s AI future, working closely with high-performing teams to deliver impactful, enterprise-wide solutions.
