Senior Manager, Business Development

The Business Development Manager will report to the Senior Director and be responsible for driving business growth for Nxera Data Centre in Singapore and ASEAN, with a focus on the China hyperscaler and OTT segment.

Work closely with the sales team to secure sales deals from OTT/AI players for their Asia data center requirements. Actively engage customers across Singapore, Asia, and other regions, identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers. Develop and present tailored sales and partnership strategies to influence requirements and decisions. Collaborate with the sales team and internal and Joint Venture stakeholders (including Country Managers in Singapore, Johor, Batam, Thailand JV team, engineering, and commercial teams) for RFP technical solutioning, BOM evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
