Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and user engagement across Quick Commerce (eg, pandamart & Shops)
Analyze campaign and regional performance data to generate actionable insights, identify opportunities, and provide clear recommendations to the category and commercial teams.
Prepare comparative performance analyses of campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and execute promotional and calendar strategies, aligning internal plans with brand campaigns in close coordination with category managers and the Marketing team.
Drive campaign profitability by optimizing promotions, enhancing customer retention and loyalty, and identifying revenue growth opportunities.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including Performance Quality Score and on-time campaign execution.
