Our client is looking for a Senior Manager Carpet Finishing & Post-Production to oversee all post-weaving operations, ensure superior finishing quality, and drive timely dispatch of hand-knotted carpets while enhancing process efficiency and team capability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end post-production activities including washing, clipping, stretching, finishing, quality inspection, and dispatch of hand-knotted carpets. - Ensure consistency in product quality, dimensions, pile finish, and appearance through effective process controls and quality standards. - Analyze inspection findings and rework trends, implementing corrective actions to improve first-pass quality and reduce defects. - Plan and manage finishing schedules to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with production and customer commitments. - Introduce and ev...
