We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic operator to own the commercial economics behind how we monetize and optimize our SaaS and payments business throughout the customer lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Payments Operations, Customer Operations, and Product, with a primary focus on strategic deal desk governance, margin optimization, commercial approvals, and revenue quality.
What You'll Do Commercial Governance & Deal Desk- Own strategic deal desk governance across the business
- Evaluate non‑standard deals, pricing exceptions, discounting, and contract structures
- Review deal profitability, payment economics, implementation complexity, and long‑term customer value
- Establish approval frameworks and commercial guardrails
