Senior Manager – Commercial Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in architecture and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have 68 years of experience, preferably with International Property Consultants (IPCs), in managing greenfield commercial developments of 3 lakh sq. ft. or more, having successfully handled at least one project from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects and MEP consultants to ensure design alignment and technical integration.Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients and key project stakeholders.Project Planning: Manage master planning activities and monitor progress using Microsoft Project software.Reporting & MIS: Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for clients and management.Site Coordination: Work closely with on-site teams to track progress and resolve project-related challenges.Meetings & Documentatio...
