Senior Manager, Consumer Portfolio Monitoring & Analytics

What is the opportunity?

You will join the Consumer Portfolio Monitoring & Analytics team to evaluate personal credit risk portfolio health. Reporting to the Director of CPMA, you will develop deep‑dive analyses and identify trends to provide strategic insights on consumer credit health. You’ll elevate insight quality by connecting analyses with Credit Strategy teams, competitive intelligence, and macro trends. You will combine technical expertise with business acumen to deliver strategic storytelling on client behavior, credit performance, and Stage 3 PCL trends. You’ll leverage strong analytical skills, an agile mindset, and creative problem‑solving abilities while aligning with RBC’s risk appetite and economic conditions.
