Title: Senior Manager, Corporate IT
Location: Austin, TX
Type: Contract
Pay range:$75.00-$80.00/hr on w2 (all inclusive)
We are looking for an experienced IT leader to oversee enterprise IT operations and service delivery in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
Lead corporate IT services including Networking, IAM, Service Desk, End-User Computing, Collaboration Tools, and SaaS Platforms
Drive IT modernization initiatives and operational improvements
Manage Microsoft 365, Atlassian, licensing, governance, and cloud-based services
Establish SLAs, KPIs, incident management, and service excellence programs
