Senior Manager, CX and Delivery Data Science

**Position Purpose:**

The Data Science Sr. Manager is responsible for leading a team of data scientists, technical experts, and people leaders focused on improving customer and delivery experiences through AI, machine learning and agentic solutions. This role is accountable for identifying, developing, and scaling intelligence-driven capabilities that proactively prevent customer issues, improve resolution experiences, optimize operational outcomes, and create measurable business value.

This leader will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to translate business opportunities into scalable data science and AI solutions.
