Overview RBC's Data Security Automation and Engineering team is responsible for identifying and detecting data loss incidents that might pose a risk to the organization. The Senior Manager leads a team of Senior Security Automation Engineers to design and develop innovative solutions that enhance the organization’s security posture.

Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the Senior Security Automation Engineering team; establish performance expectations, provide technical guidance, and create career development opportunities.
