Technical Capabilities
Strong foundation in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) — able to review configurations, unblock teams, and make sound technical trade-offs. Experience building, operating, and supporting production systems and automated environment infrastructures, ideally in regulated or financial environments. Deep expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Understanding of observability, data security, compliance requirements, and security/reliability best practices for cloud and containerized environments. Actively adopts AI-enhanced development pipelines, tools, and modern monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) into engineering workflows. People Management
