Senior Manager / Director - Finance Transformation

Responsibilities

• Developing expertise in key finance processes such as P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax Treasury, while managing associated risks.
• Conducting workshops to address inefficiencies and lead the adoption of digital tools, including Core ERP systems and data analytics, to enhance financial practices.
• Utilizing Finance in Digital World technologies like GenAI and AI to drive innovation.
• Creating detailed process documentation and performing assessments like time and motion studies and manpower evaluations.
• Guiding finance maturity assessments and designing target operating models for effective roll-out.
• Leading strategy to execution transformation programs, employing strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
• Managing projects using advanced tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and project management methodologies.
• Bringing value through experience in process mining.
