About the role
This is a senior leadership role with real breadth and influence, shaping how Virgin Media O₂ manages credit risk for its existing customers. You will own the strategy and performance of a significant customer credit portfolio, balancing sustainable growth with fair, responsible customer outcomes while protecting the long-term financial health of the business.
You will lead end-to-end credit risk oversight across products, brands and channels, using data, insight and strong commercial judgement to guide decision‑making.
