FP amp A amp Accounting Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budget process and produce monthly budget vs actual reports with variance analysis and forward outlook
- Own the selection and implementation of the group ERP system Sage Intacct MS Dynamics or similar including chart of accounts redesign and standardisation across all entities
- Oversee the AP automation workflow ensuring all invoices are properly captured approved categorised and reconciled
- Supervise and coordinate a network of external accountants across 13 jurisdictions driving the monthly close process and maintaining consolidated financial reporting
- Produce a monthly 5-page management report for senior stakeholders condensed visual and decision-ready
- Ensure full bank reconciliation across all accounts monthly and maintain robust financial controls
