Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget process and produce monthly budget vs actual reports with variance analysis and forward outlook
• Own the selection and implementation of the group ERP system Sage Intacct MS Dynamics or similar including chart of accounts redesign and standardisation across all entities
• Oversee the AP automation workflow ensuring all invoices are properly captured approved categorised and reconciled
• Supervise and coordinate a network of external accountants across 13 jurisdictions driving the monthly close process and maintaining consolidated financial reporting
• Produce a monthly 5-page management report for senior stakeholders condensed visual and decision-ready
• Ensure full bank reconciliation across all accounts monthly and maintain robust financial controls
