**The Senior Manager, Global Organizational** **Development is responsible for employee engagement projects,** **leadership development design and delivery across the organization. This role is responsible for caring for the employee experience and building strong leaders who are aligned with our company values; therefore, a Values Champion is a must. The role will work closely with our talent acquisition teams and hiring managers to advise/consult on ways to identify leaders who exemplify servant leadership, creating a #cultureofservice. This role will support the lifeline of the employee and leadership experience – sourcing, hiring, onboarding, training, continued culture alignment, employee engagement, and growth opportunities.**
