Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Process Improvement & Technology (Toronto)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Business Stakeholders and Human Resources to understand and address business needs
• Manage and support full project lifecycle of technical and non-technical recruitment strategic initiatives in partnership with HR Technology teams
• Design, develop, implement and evaluate assigned global TA programs
• Partner with Talent acquisition process and optimization teams on the implementation and evaluation of TA programs and usage of TA Tools
• Develop governance framework for policy and process for assigned programs
• Ensure programs are compliant with audit and compliance requirements
• Manage access management across tools
• Provide subject matter expertise, advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on recruitment related matters
