Senior manager – growth & retention marketing

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Manager – Growth & Retention Marketing to lead Sun Crypto's end-to-end growth engine.

This role will own acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation across the full user lifecycle, with direct responsibility for growth strategy, CRM automation, performance marketing, SEO, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize the user journey from App Install to Active Trader. Drive retention, reactivation, and referral programs. Manage CRM tools such as Clever Tap, Mo Engage, and Web Engage. Execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, You Tube, influencers, and affiliates. Lead SEO and organic growth initiatives. Analyze funnel, cohort, CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics. Present weekly growth reports to leadership. Hire and manage a small growth team as the function scales.
