Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Accountable for shaping & driving future fit HRBP service excellence as per KPIs, budget and service schedule. Promoting CSO led service model, quality assurance, issue management, service outcome & governance. Accountable for P*Q led P/L with value adding / commercially viable services. Influence stakeholders to support blue ocean transfer opportunities and empower team to simplify service through continuous improvement and accelerated SAP & enterprise platform adoption to scale market footprint / service portfolio. Nurture relationship for partners to choose VOIS as trusted service provider & improve partner satisfaction. Support CFSL line of leadership to meet VOIS priorities and align team alongside.
