As the Senior Manager, Default Recovery, you will report to the VP Default Recovery & Accounts Receivable, spearheading recovery strategies for delinquent residential and small commercial mortgages. Your expertise will drive data-informed decisions and elevate process improvements. Oversee internal recovery teams and external partners as you work to reduce losses and ensure compliance with regulatory policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop recovery strategies and report to leadership
• Manage external partners like solicitors and real estate agents
• Lead and coach recovery teams toward targets
• Direct legal remedies following provincial regulations
• Optimize asset sales and debt recovery initiatives
