Senior Manager Insights

**What's the role?**

We’re looking for a strategic, curious and business-minded insights leader who can turn data into clear, actionable insight that drives subscriber growth and better decision-making.

This is a newly created leadership role, reflecting the growing importance of the insights function and the need for dedicated ownership, clearer direction and stronger support for the team.

As **Senior Manager, Insights** , you will lead the insights function, managing a geographically dispersed team and shaping how insight supports subscriber growth, retention, engagement and audience development across the business.

While there is a hands-on data component, this is not a deeply technical specialist role. You will be expected to maintain sufficient technical capability to guide the team, engage confidently with data and step in when required, but the core focus is leadership, communication and driving action from insight.
