Senior Manager Internal Communications and Culture

We are seeking a senior communications leader who transforms vision into clarity and engagement, shaping the firm’s internal voice to keep our people aligned, informed, and connected. As Senior Manager, Internal Communications & Culture, you will act as a trusted advisor to firm leadership, partnering closely with business services leaders and practice group chairs to support strategic priorities and reinforce our reputation for excellence.

You will be focusing on:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with the firm’s mission, vision, culture and strategic objectives.
• Craft clear, compelling messages for firm-wide announcements, executive communications and internal campaigns.
• Serve as a senior communications advisor to executives, supporting speeches, talking points, leadership presentations and internal thought leadership.
