Overview
What the role is: You will be a key member of the performance management team to implement MDDI’s performance management framework to ensure a fair and rigorous performance assessment process. You will also support talent management initiatives to facilitate the development of talents. This role will primarily drive performance and talent management initiatives for MDDI’s workforce.
What you will be working on- Performance Management
- Develop and review internal performance management guidelines within the ambit of the Civil Service’s performance management framework, to ensure fair, rigorous and consistent application of performance management principles.
- End-to-End implementation of the annual Ranking and Promotion exercise, from the preparation of ranking data, facilitation of ranking discussions and submission of papers to Personnel Boards.
