Senior Manager/ Manager, Underwriting

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure satisfactory services are delivered within turnaround time
+ Underwrite large amount and complex application and review suggest cases
+ Be the first port of call to resolve appeals and complaints
+ Ensure underwriting standards as per Audit Guidelines while meeting pricing assumptions of mortality and morbidity
+ Polish and enhance underwriting rules and guidelines to ensure both are reasonable and practical and in line with market practices
+ Keep track of competitors’ practices, provide recommendations and business cases to enable enhancement of existing guidelines
+ Streamline and enhance workflow and processes to ensure operational efficiency
+ Participate in product development and lead implementation from Underwriting
+ Conduct and arrange training to underwriters
+ Lead projects when required
