(What the role is) Develop strategic communications plans to support the Community Development Councils' (CDCs) common based flagship programmes. Develop and organise common based programmes to support CDCs in complementing government's efforts in engaging and supporting the community. Ensure corporate governance in CDCs and CDC Planning & Development Division (CPD). Outreach and engage community and corporate partners to deepen engagement and grow networks.
