The Role Contributes to the overall success of Canadian Banking (CB) business units ensuring business goals, plans, and initiatives are delivered in support of team strategies while mitigating risks and complying with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
Leads the execution of the Canadian Banking (CB) New Initiatives Risk Assessment process as part of the Bank’s Non-Financial Risk Management program. Supports business units and Initiative Sponsors during the assessment of initiatives that meet policy criteria.
Acts as a subject‑matter expert by advising Business Lines on risk assessment for their initiatives as part of the NIRA process.
