Senior Manager (PAssion Wave)

(What the role is) The Senior Manager, PAssion Wave provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of a PAssion Wave outlet, driving programme development and community engagement initiatives that connect residents to waterfront and water activities. The role encompasses staff leadership, safety and facility management, stakeholder and partnership development, marketing, volunteer management and full financial accountability for the outlet. The Senior Manager is expected to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational management across weekdays and weekends, and will contribute to organisational task forces and committees as required.
