Senior Manager Pension and Benefits Delivery

Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Pension & Benefits Delivery is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery and administration of pension, benefits, leave administration, and global mobility programs in Canada and the United States. The role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, strong vendor management, and a high‑quality employee experience. Acting as a senior operational leader and subject‑matter expert, the incumbent partners closely with the Pension & Benefits Centre of Expertise (CoE), HR, Finance, Legal, Labor Relations, and external providers.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and administration of Canadian and pension plans (DB, DC, savings and executive plans) and group benefits programs
• Oversee Leave Administration, including statutory leaves and FMLA, ensuring compliance and accurate adjudication.
