Job Title: Senior Manager People & Culture Location: Kolkata (HQ) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Reporting To: Founder & CEO + Advisor People & Culture Experience: 58 Years Role Overview We are looking for a Sr. Manager People & Culture to build and run the HR function from scratch. This is a high-ownership, leadership-track role where you will drive Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Culture, and Performance Systems end-to-end. This is not a maintenance role you will create, scale, and own the entire People function with direct access to founders. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Own end-to-end hiring (sourcing screening closure) Build strong hiring pipelines across all levels Reduce dependency on founders for hiring execution HR Operations & Compliance Manage HR systems (Zoho People or equivalent) Oversee onboarding, offer letters, attendance, payroll inputs Ensure compliance (PF, ESI, POSH) Performance Management Drive structured performance cycles (goal-setting, review...
