About the Plant Manager role:

The Industrial Components Division of the Industrial Powertrain Segment (IPS) is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to lead our Betzdorf manufacturing location. This leader will drive plant performance, operational transformation, and achieve both short-term and long-term strategic objectives. 

Organizational Leadership:

  • Full plant responsibility, leading all aspects of the manufacturing operations, facilities, planning, tactical purchasing and supply chain management, materials management, and associates.
  • Lead a cross-functional organization and operational value streams by setting objectives, developing plans, executing daily management activities and implementing corrective action as required to ensure customer success. 
  • Build, develop, and grow the plant operations leadership into a strong team that is performance-based, visually managed with KPI’s, and a high say-do ratio.
