Senior Manager, Process Engineering - Dry Parts

Commercial Product Supply (CPS) is on a multi-year transformation journey to modernize its network of manufacturing sites globally. The program includes creating and delivering a platformed menu of industry 5.0 filling and packing technologies for manufacturing dry ingredients at our sites. We are hiring a **Senior Manager, Dry Parts (Flex) Engineering,** to lead the multi-year modernization program.

This role will provide strategic and hands‑on technical leadership across engineering, projects execution, and operational excellence initiatives for the new equipment platform. The ideal candidate is a proven engineering leader with strong technical expertise, project leadership experience, and a passion for continuous improvement.
