The Devices and Operations organization is embracing AI agents and tools to optimize manual workflows and increase the speed of decisions. These AI agents are discoverable and re-usable across the organization. This is fundamentally re-shaping how operations are managed today and a large part of the AI transofrmation of operations.

As a senior Product Manager – Technical, you will own the product strategy and execution for this AI transformation journey. You will lead the development of the scalable AI solution, focusing on governance and safety of AI agents. This is critical for successful deployment of AI agents to ensure they operate within the engineered guardrails.

In this role you will collaborate with business functions, Subject Matter Experts, Software Development Engineers, Data Engineers, Technical Project Managers across Devices and Operations teams.
