Senior Manager Product - Powai

Role & responsibilities:

• Formulation & Review of existing Mortgage product Programs, Policies & enhancements to the program. Formulate regional /state policies for different regions/states for Secured Business product and its implementation
• Process Enhancements & consistent improvements to streamline existing processes on Logins, Disbursements, systems for enhanced TAT & customer experience.
• In - charge of implementing & improving CRM system for efficient lead inflow tracking & monitoring
• Preparation of Regional and PAN India business performance decks & highlight Key Areas for Growth including Productivity and other revenue vectors & conduct monthly reviews with respective Regional Heads
• Preparation of Business Review decks & Senior Management presentations highlighting Business, Portfolio, Delinquencies & Key takeaways
