Senior Manager, Programme Policy & Development

Kidstart Singapore Ltd. is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager in Programme Development to contribute to the operational policies that keep KidSTART running effectively. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to engage stakeholders, and a commitment to developing policies that improve outcomes for children and families.

You will engage in service model design, monitor programme data, and support funding compliance. A degree in Sociology, Social Work, or a related field is required, alongside a passion for the mission of KidSTART.
