Senior Manager, Risk & Control Self-Assessment Lead

Citigroup Inc. is looking for a dynamic professional to manage the Managers Control Self-Assessment (MCA) ensuring effective identification and remediation of operational risks. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in operational risk management, capability to lead cross-functional teams, and proficiency in risk assessment tools.

The role requires strong communication skills to engage with senior management, develop sustainable solutions and uphold compliance with applicable laws and regulations. A Bachelor's degree is essential, with a Master's preferred. The position is based in Mexico City.
