Senior Manager, Risk Governance and Reporting

This role entails leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of an integrated risk governance framework covering all key risk areas within a Tier III Africa Region. The position aligns with regulatory expectations and international best practices. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with various functions within the Risk Function, ensuring the effective delivery and integration of the Combined Assurance model. Responsibilities include overseeing aggregated risk reporting, including liquidity risk, to key stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires conducting periodic assessments of the risk governance framework's effectiveness and relevance to the bank's objectives.
