A dedicated team has been established to develop and implement strategies and systems to support the safety of AV's workforce. As such we are seeking a Senior Manager Safety – Occupational Violence (OV) to lead this important work. Working within the Safety, Recovery & Inclusion department, leading enterprise health and safety strategy systems and performance. This position focuses on reducing occupational violence, embedding a risk-based safety culture, improving risk management and incident response.
