Opportunity Description
A major Australian Organisation is currently seeking a Senior Manager- Service Management to join their team on a permanent basis for a large ServiceNow uplift.
This is a strategic Service Management technical leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic design and delivery of a technology roadmap across a product portfolio
- Oversees the quality of service and operational stability across the technology landscape, including IT risk and compliance management,
- Contribute to ongoing service management strategies and enhancements.
- Manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for Service Management products and services, ensuring costs remain below industry benchmarks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple time zones to ensure alignment and delivery success
