As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a functional engineering team, integrating their work to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable HR technology outcomes across UKG Pro (Workforce Management / Time & Absence), Workday (configuration engineering that supports Core HR, Payroll, Security, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management) andSystem Integration.
