Responsibilities
- Achieve the sales target and other business deliverables for assigned distributors in line with company objectives.
- Manage, nurture and build strong relationships with distributors while identifying and pursuing new and profitable partnerships.
- Develop existing distributors to broaden TLB’s distribution.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on day‑to‑day enquiries on products, illustrations and sales techniques.
- Keep up to date with major developments related to products offered and significant changes in the insurance market.
- Provide market and distributor feedback to support product development and enhancement initiatives.
- Monitor pipeline health, distributor performance, market trend and regulatory updates to identify growth opportunities and risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
