- Carries out recruitment requirements under the Physicians Services divisions.
- Sources CVs for budgeted positions as per Management System for Records (MSR).
- Executes job postings on both internal and external websites and other job portals registered with American Hospital Dubai (AHD).
- Screens CVs as per AHD/Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements through cold calling.
- Enforces Networking (Communicating with Applicants and asking for references) in case of multiple vacancies of similar roles and building up relations with the applicants.
- Conducts initial screening of applicants by cold calling before forwarding them to the concerned department head according to their checklist.
- Updates person profiles with formal communication of same to both department head and employee and updates shared folders within the data files.
