Opportunity Description
What You’ll Be DoingYou will join CIBC’s Commercial and Corporate Banking Technology & Capital Markets Technology Team, providing leadership for QA deliverables on large, complex programs that support digital transformation, modernization, and AI integration strategies. You’ll lead and strategize functional, automated, and AI‑driven testing, manage offshore deliverables, oversee stakeholder communication, collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders, analyze test results, identify defects, partner with development to resolve issues, ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations, and continuously improve testing processes, tools, and techniques, including AI‑powered solutions. You will collaborate with executives, technology teams, business partners, and external vendors to assess business needs and apply testing methodologies.
