Senior Manager - Trading - Emerging and Frontier Markets

Role Summary

The Senior Manager / Director, Trading – Emerging & Frontier Markets is responsible for defining and delivering the Trading strategy across EFM, with a focus on proposition leadership, market development, and revenue growth. The role owns key Trading propositions including Auctions, Fixed Income Advanced Dealing, and FICC strategy, and acts as a senior advocate for the Trading business with clients, industry bodies, and regulators. In addition, the role is accountable for product enablement, operational readiness, and governance approvals required for market launches, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks to achieve right to operate and successful go‑to‑market execution.
