Senior Manager - Transport

Position Summary

The Chief Transport Officer (CTO) shall be responsible for the overall planning, management, safety, governance, operational efficiency, and financial control of the transport function across all schools / units. The role will oversee company-owned buses, hired/rented buses, company cars, drivers, transport vendors, transport technology systems, and route operations.

The incumbent must bring strong operational leadership along with analytical and reporting capability to create data-driven transport governance. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing dashboards, MIS reports, route-wise and bus-wise performance analysis, maintenance tracking systems, attendance monitoring systems, and profitability reports.

The CTO will ensure that all transport operations are safe, compliant, technology-enabled, financially optimized, and aligned with organizational standards.
