What is the Opportunity? As a Senior Manager, you will collaborate with team’s including Enterprise Architects, functional, business, and vendor teams across RBC to drive the execution of the HCM Program/ Projects spanning planning, architecture, building, testing, and deployment phases.This position also offers the chance to contribute to AI initiatives, where you will apply cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance Workday systems and processes, driving innovation and efficiency across RBC’s HR ecosystem.What You Will Do

Design and own end-to-end Workday integration & Extend solution’s, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and long-term maintainability.

Lead integration & Extend strategy and design decisions, including inbound/outbound/Bi-directional patterns, middleware usage, error handling, monitoring, and reusability.
