[What the role is]
Tote Board’s Strategic Planning department supports Senior Management in shaping strategic priorities, managing organisational risks and tracking performance. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will support work across planning, enterprise risk management, and organisational performance.This role is suitable for someone who wants to develop depth in corporate planning, enterprise risk management and senior-level communication, while contributing to complex work from the outset. Subject matter expertise is not required from day one. However, the role requires clear thinking, sound judgement, structured writing and the ability to work through ambiguity.
