Manual QA Engineer (Lead & Senior)

We are looking for Manual QA Engineers across Lead and Senior levels to ensure stability and reliability of a live Hiring Events platform serving clients across the U.S. The role involves functional, regression, end‑to‑end testing, validating REST APIs with Postman, executing SQL-based backend verification, and collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Client Support to triage and resolve production issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues impacting live hiring events.
• Perform manual, functional, regression, and end‑to‑end testing across platform workflows.
• Validate REST APIs, integrations, and backend services using Postman.
• Execute backend data validation and troubleshooting using SQL queries.
• Reproduce, document, and track defects, workflow issues, and test results in Jira.
