In this role, you will support cross‑functional manufacturing and quality teams, driving process validation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in a regulated medical device environment.

**Pay Range:** $70–75/hr (flexible based on experience)

+ Lead equipment and process validations including **IQ, OQ, and PQ**
+ Support sustaining manufacturing initiatives and design improvements
+ Drive **Lean Manufacturing** efforts and continuous improvement projects
