We are seeking a Senior Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Land and Power Strategy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting strategic, data-driven insights on global data center markets to support business planning, market entry, expansion strategy, and executive decision-making. This role analyzes market fundamentals across supply, demand, pricing, competitive activity, land, power, and infrastructure readiness, translating complex data into clear business implications.
The role requires deep familiarity with the data center industry, strong analytical rigor, and the ability to work across a wide range of internal and external datasets. The Senior Market Intelligence Analyst will also contribute as an informal leader within the team by mentoring junior colleagues, improving workflows, and helping elevate overall analytical capabilities.
